    There is a minimum diagnostic fee of $95. If customer decides to move forward with the diagnosed repair/installation the $95 fee is waived. Final pricing is based on time and parts and material needed to complete repair. No repair will be made until customer approval.

  • Furnace and air conditioning Maintenance and dryer vent cleaning

    I highly recommend yearly maintenance on both heating and air conditioning equipment to avoid costly service calls for preventative issues that are addressed on every service. Flat rate of 80$ per maintenance and discount is applied for multiple systems. - ----Any recommended repairs will be discussed and work will only be done with customer approval. Dryer vent Cleaning is recommended every other year and by getting it done drying times and energy bills go down as well as preventing safety concerns posed by a clogged dryer vent. Minimum price for dryer vent cleaning is 80$ and discounted rates are always available for multiple service scheduled on same appointment
